Every successful project begins with a conversation. During our complimentary Discovery Call, we’ll learn more about your project and explain how we work. This is an opportunity to determine if we’re the right fit for your needs and to answer your questions. If we’re aligned, the next step is to schedule an in-home consultation to dive deeper into your project requirements.

Our in-home design consultation is a comprehensive, two-hour working session where we explore your project in depth. You’ll show us your space and we’ll discuss your lifestyle, aesthetic preferences, and functional needs, gaining a clear understanding of what is and isn’t working for you. You’ll have the opportunity to share inspiration photos and ideas, allowing us to interpret your vision and begin shaping a design concept that reflects your style.
During this meeting, we’ll also walk you through our design process, answer any questions, and begin outlining the initial scope of work for your project. Following the consultation, we’ll provide a detailed design services agreement outlining the next steps and retainer required to officially kick off your project.

Upon receipt of the approved design services agreement and retainer, we’ll schedule a site visit(s) to take detailed measurements and photograph your space. This information forms the foundation for creating accurate floor plans, elevations, and key design details tailored to your project.
Depending on the scope of work, we’ll coordinate with trusted trades and specialists—such as general contractors and window covering and wallpaper installers—to gather preliminary estimates and assess feasibility. This ensures that all design concepts align with the structural and functional possibilities of your space before moving forward.

With a clear understanding of your vision and goals, we develop a comprehensive design concept and plan tailored to your space. This phase includes developing detailed drawings—such as floor plans, elevations, and construction documents as needed—along with the sourcing of furnishings, materials, and finishes. We also coordinate with vendors and trades to obtain pricing estimates to ensure alignment with your investment goals.
Once the proposed design is fully developed, we present it to you during one or more meetings, depending on project complexity. These presentations may include detailed drawings and renderings; a visual display of furnishings and materials; physical samples of fabrics, finishes, and other materials; and budget estimates. This process ensures that every element of your design is carefully reviewed and refined before moving into procurement and implementation.

Following the Design Presentation, we refine the design as needed based on your feedback and finalize all product selections and project plans—ensuring every detail aligns with your vision. Once approvals are in place, the work begins.
We’ll provide formal purchasing proposals outlining the proposed furnishings, materials, and decor. Upon your approval and deposit payment, we handle all ordering and delivery logistics, addressing any issues—such as shipping delays or product damages—promptly and professionally. Construction and renovation efforts also commence while we simultaneously manage product orders, fulfillment logistics, and vendor coordination to keep everything on track.
Throughout this phase, we work closely with general contractors and specialized trades, conducting site visits and progress check-ins as required to ensure that construction and installations align seamlessly with the design vision.

As we approach the final stage of your project, we coordinate and schedule the installation process, which may take place over several phases depending on the project scope. Our team carefully oversees the delivery, placement, and styling of furnishings and accessories, ensuring that each element comes together seamlessly. Any final adjustments are addressed, and we photograph the completed space for our records.
