This bright and joyful bedroom was designed for a lively tween with a love of creativity, reading, and her woodland friends. We anchored the design with custom built-ins and a bespoke bed, pairing functionality with personality to create a room that will grow with her. A bold green botanical wallpaper sets the tone, balanced with fresh greens and pops of pink that feel both youthful and timeless. Comfort was a priority, with a swivel chair and butterfly ottoman creating a cozy nook for reading, family time, or sleepovers, while brass sconces by the bed add a feminine touch.
What makes this project especially meaningful is the journey behind it—we began working with this family just before the world locked down, and project by project, their home has grown alongside our friendship. Each design has been shaped by true collaboration, with their thoughtful eye for details and their ability to bring just the right personal accents into the mix. And always, it’s the meaningful pieces they’ve collected over time—especially the bunnies and woodland critters—that add the final layer of personality and heart to the room.
